Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable to defective or incorrect products.

• Custom-made or personalized fabric orders are non-refundable, unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.

• Customers must provide clear photos or evidence of defects.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Refunds are not issued for:

• Color variations due to screen differences

• Damage caused by improper handling or storage
